Will you work with my doctor(s)?

Absolutely! We will coordinate your care in conjunction with your doctor/specialist to ensure continuous quality care.

What geographical area do you cover?

At this time we are located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and can extend services to patients located nearby from Craig, Walden, and even to Winter Park, depending on circumstance.

Are all staff providing care for clients and nurses?

Yes, all our caregivers are active RN’s and LPN’s. They are licensed, insured, and have undergone thorough background checks.

Who can schedule a consultation?

Either the client or their loved one can schedule a consultation. It is recommended that the person making the call will be coordinating appointments. However, we can also include other loved ones in the call to ensure everyone receives the necessary information.

How quickly can we schedule a consultation?

You can schedule consultations on the website under “Schedule a Consultation” during our business hours Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MST and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. MST.

How Soon Can Care Commence After a Consultation?

We understand that situations can arise suddenly or in crisis. Our goal is to have a care plan within one business day following the consultation, with care beginning within two days once all paperwork is completed and contracts are signed. If it’s a planned procedure, we can schedule it as far in advance as necessary.
